After much searching, I could not find any confirmation that the 19 inch highlander limited rims would fit a 5 lug Tacoma anywhere. Using a friend's truck and my new highlander I'm happy to add to the communal knowledge, and confirm that they do fit, front & back, and we encountered no rubbing!

I agree! My friend is very pleased they fit :D

He also says that the engine hesitates a little more on the steep bridge he commutes over, but overall he didn't really notice a difference in handling. Definitely better ride than the stock rims.

No change on hub, just got rid of OE 215/70/15,saw here that Highlander and Rav4 wheels could fit on my 2012 Toyota Tacoma 4 cylinder base double cab.It took me a whole year to make up my mind, due to the amount of money involved because of having to buy new sensors and other stuff. Finally did it and I think they look great, the only problem is my speedometer off a few miles. Everything else until now feels and looks great. Hope this helps. My wife also has a 2012 Toyota Highlander and thats where it all started. These wheels and tires are brand new take off a Toyota Highlander Limited size 245/55/19 that I purchase at my local Toyota dealer, everything OE from Toyota, sensors, lug nuts,etc....:) Forgot to mention my Tacoma is 5 lug nuts not 6

Nice, I was fooled by the double cab & fender flares, never seen a base double cab before!

Is there a reason why you replaced your horn? I have a OE with a low pitch and does not sound good.

Fellow 5 Luger. Thanks for the info. Helped a great deal when looking for wheels. Started with the base, then added a topper and finally the wheels. Off an 08 Highlanderimage.jpgimage.jpg image.jpg

Question? i also add some Highlander wheels, about two weeks ago... everything worked fine no lights or nothing, really happy about.. but just yesterday morning.... the low pressure tire light turned on, so thought possible one of the tires are low, but all good.. tried resetting the light and still doesnt go away... so put a lil air more and the same... just thought would ask if you have the same issue.. or is there something i can do?

You have to go to the dealer and purchase tire pressure sensor monitors for each wheel. Else the light will stay on.

When I had my '05 5 lugger, I wound up buying a used set of X Runner wheels. It looked awesome. I'll try to find a pic.
