    angle it in?

I went to home depot and got everything except could not find a 1.5 inch washer that would it the 5/8 bolt. The smallest washer that fit the bolt was
    1.75

What's the normal selling price of a used one. I wasn't going to sell but it's doing me no good

Then you neither supper glued or weld the washer and the nut together
Like showing ...then grinding off 1/16 of an inch 2 parallel side of the washer .

This is how it look like without the steel plate. Turn washer sideway (grinded off side) when you insert the washer in to the diff thru the needle bearing. Remember to put clean shop rag in to the diff ( In case you drop the washer inside the differential) prior inert the washer .

I will look again .. maybe the home depot here did not have them.
I don't have a welder or side grinder ,will try a bench grinder, should work and super glue. if that does not work for me I will make an offer on the one for sale.
    Thanks

Has anyone just replaced the bushing and used the CV axle with indentation marks from the needle bearings?

Send a PM to Chase and ask him if it will be a problem with the bushing. If yours are like mine, they're indentations and don't have a raised edge. Still, I'd ask him before deciding to not change it.

Did you reuse your cv axle?

I can feel the indentations with my fingernail.

The pictures you posted looks worse than mine.

No, I did not reuse mine. But I also installed a new needle bearing because it was before Chase made the bushings.

Did the rebuilt CV axles from autozone have new bearing surfaces?
