Mine was ~$100 at the body shop. Offer to help in any way you can, sometimes the "free" labor is a great bartering chip.

Simply show up and offer to remove it, all the accessories on it, plastic where the markers and fogs are, lights, winch, etc.

Then have the Bull bar and the circle punched center plate color matched and your good to go.

 

This, I love the contrast of aftermarket bumpers no matter what truck color.
