    asked if I have to cut/weld my frame horns to have their rock defense bumper fit, because I didn't see any notes in their instructions about the 98-00 model

    the reply I got was to look at the instructions I was already looking at.

    I still think think their crossmember mounting system lets the frame horns go through the mount bar... But im kinda getting to the
    "Fuck it ill just order it" mode...
