    Probably stock. The Tundra may have a spacer lift, resulting in the bumpstop not contacting before the shock bottomed out.

    0:58 shows it wasn't a shopping cart, but a utility cart (used for stock shelves, etc.). Shopping carts usually have a wheel brake that engages when the cart enters the escalator, from I've seen in 2-story Walmarts.
