    As for me its creationism, I wouldn't throw evolution out the window completely because it may exist to some degree. I believe that the Bible is incomplete because some of the books were tossed by Catholics, they deemed them too dangerous for the public. It might take away the power they had.

    Also the Bible doesn't explain everything.

    Did you know that they've witness rocks forming over a matter of months? Science is observable by definition, to say something formed over billions and billions of years is just as far fetched to me as creation is to you. That's where our ideas differ. My old pastor was a highly regarded geologist before he decided to become a pastor and while I don't remember most of it as its been a few years, even carbon dating can be challenged in its accuracy.

    and the carbon dating you speak of is from years ago, decades even, where Devices where not of the accuracy to measure to the degree of Quantification.
    this is in part to the technological issues with electromechanical equipment.
