Ahh I see . Tape that plenum before you get dirt in it .
Are they threaded into it or do you need to pull them out ?

Tube steps, bull bar and KC Hilites, trifold bed cover, variety of shifter knobs, comparing LED strip options, lift possibilities (prob 2 inch), and exhaust mods to tune growling on low end...

Yup, quickly arriving at that conclusion!!!
Meanwhile, just drooling enviously at what else I see rolling around out there...

Nice! Looks like its coming along good. I still love framing, how fast everything comes together. Are those cedar shakes? Should be nice and easy to feather the siding back and make it look like that room was always there.

Ya maybe, the ones we are building now sure aren't cheap though. You dont even want to know the price tag of the one in the picture.

I was hoping you had some laying around! I'm think about relocating my light bar to the bottom grille like you have. I dont get a ton of ground output cause its the 15" and its so high off the ground haha :D

I think the spot i have it works out pretty well, a little bit of light gets cut off. I had to cut all the plastic out of the valance in order to get the light mounted out near the front of the bumper. Only main issue is the license plate. I have seen a tacoma use a mouting bracket from a 06 dodge ram, it mounts below the valance, follows the countours of the bumper really well and looks pretty clean.

Wasnt it a 2' by 4' sheet? I was guessing you would use less than half. AJ would need like a 5 or 6" by 38-40" piece for the lower valance.

AJ i think you can buy 6" by 48" sheets from customcargrilles.com, or you could get a grillcraft insert like i have but its alot more $

Edit: nevermind, they sell 6"x36" which wouldnt be long enough.
