T minus 15 days until I start my drive out that way. Can't wait to get to normal temperatures. I hate this 98 and humid shit.

It's nice out here today. My thermometer in the overhead console broke a while back but I'd say it's 75

I've got my soldering iron. I'll hit you up when I'm there. I've got steady hands and lots of soldering practice.

Damn divorce sucks. My ex moved out today and the house seems so empty now it doesn't even feel like home.

We could do that....our last attempt was supposed to be in Olympia...but a few of us went to Tallon's for a mini mod-day, and we ended up being there late, so a few people bailed (myself included).

Any dates/times/locations that stick out to anyone???

We could stage a 'pimp Angie's ride' mod day where everyone donates their used parts and random 2x4's to try to give me a few more inches of lift :D

I have my original Sport Coils that (I heard) are compatible with 1st Gens. Not sure if they would give you any lift, but I can't sell the damn things. Your welcome to them, if you want :)

Hmmm, let me do some research first. How difficult and time consuming would the labor be on all 4 of those ya think?

It would just be the front, probably take 1 hour. I would read upon it though, I have found a few threads on TW and TTORA about it. It might give
.5-1" of lift, but I'm pretty sure the springs are much stiffer since they are off the DC/LB, it might make your truck ride like a tank

Interesting. First maybe I should get someone to play 'what's that god-awful sound coming from my yota?' Mystery game first :D

 Yeah, I have a few of those to track down too :pout:

On a plus note, I stopped at one of the DIY Car washes last night on the way home. I was feeling ballsy, so I grabbed the bucket and brush from the "Premium Touchless" area (not to be used in the wash bays) and proceeded to scrub down my whole truck before putting any quarters in....saved me at least $5 lol.

    I'm such a rebel...but as I ALWAYS say....

    YOLO

I'm close to buying some Wheelers HD rear springs. I shot wheelers an email asking about the springs vs. a reg. cab.
With the 3rd leaf out I'd get about 1.5" lift rear. This would restore normal rake and .5" more roughly.. The springs are mostly meant for carrying extra load continuously off road, but they are as close to a quality low lift as any. Most of TW centers around 3"-6" lifts so data is thin.
Any of you have an opinion on this direction?
