It'd be great to eat 6 eggs in the morning (can't because where do I shit in the next 10 hours)

I'd love to have a steak and potatoes for lunch (let me just heat that up with my laser vision, and then poop it out in my hand) :(

If only I didn't live in the middle of fucking no where I could go to the gym that isn't an hour away :(

The body building life just ain't right for me for my job right now :( Still makes no sense I just magically stopped gaining weight ( I change workouts every 8 weeks) And I do alot of compound movement. I am thinking about doing a 3 day split program for ectomorphs, seems doing all this isolation shit is holding me back. Who knows. Some day I just wanna cut all the bf off and be done bulking... but being any less weight than now is just

Haha I hear ya. I tried eating like 2# of chicken a day, but that only lasted about 2 weeks... could not stand it anymore

My weight NEVER flucuates. If I weigh more than I did last week, then I gained weight. My weight has moved from 178.2-178.5 in 4 months... So weird.. There has been some weekends I know for a fact I ate at least 5k calories a day (50/50 clean/dirty) and not gained an ounce that monday

I thought the scale is broken and maybe it only reads 178#... But I was at the doctor (knee) 3 weeks ago and it said 183# (shoes and clothes on though) :(

The biggest problem I notice is... I have no energy, ever. I eat healthy food, you'd think I'd have plenty of energy... active job, healthy food, exercise regularly.. no energy. I even took an entire week off last week of lifting... still feel like I'm dragging myself around to just do anything in general. That's why I think maybe something is wrong... I've got a doctor apt, but they can never get you in anytime soon unless you've lost 3 limbs and a belly button or some shit.

I usually stay in a 2 lb range. 145-147. Most I've ever weight was 151 a few years ago. Scale said 149 this mornin. I switched from Wal Mart protein to an Optimum Nutritioin 100% whey along with a Casein protein before bed. Been drinkin this stuff since Monday...and seems like that's when I started gainin my weight. I don't know :notsure:

Supra TT, just enjoy your leanness! For now, you can get away with eating whatever/whenever you want and dont have to worry about calories.....that's nice but it won't stay that way. Depending on your age, it'll catch up.

Personally I like being on the leaner side.....makes bodyweight training, cardio, agility etc so much easier. Keep focusing on strength and when someone see's a 178 "skinny" dude move a respectable weight they'll be impressed!

Instead focus on goals like a 2x BW squat, 20 pull ups etc.....and you'll look how you're supposed to look!

do you want to gain weight to look bigger? if i were you i would just focus on strength, and strength training alone. there is no better mind fucking than seeing a small dude pulling some insane weights.
