Since I didn't buy my Tacoma until I was out in Cali, I've never really looked into wheeling anywhere around Houston. Are there any places around that offer any real off-roading activity at all? (besides the beach)

I guess that's probably the only thing I'll miss about this state, the desert and mountains had plenty of wheeling opportunities.

that looks bad ass. how much would a rack like that cost?

Once i move into my house in october im going to start saving for upgrades to the truck (sliders, and bumpers first). Could you do a front and back bumper? i like the hybrid look (ive been told its called hybrid).

If i could i would buy it now. sadly i have closing costs to pay for in October so i need to save cash for that. Not including that extra crap i may need around the house.

when i move in though ill hit you up for sure. you can come buy and drink some beer and we can go over how much damage youll do to my wallet. then i will have to try to convince my wife that its a "need" not a "want" lol. I would rather give you a chance than buy from a shop online where i may see someone with the same damn bumper 2 days later lol.

Pretty much anything worth wheeling is about 4hours away from Houston.

Kase derps a lot (actually most of the time he's here or texting us) but he's been helpful the past couple of days which is unusual. I didn't really pay attention to those welds on the rack but they look pretty good imo
