Maybe a 4WD Taco. Maybe a 4dr JK (gasp, I know). Not sure what JT wants to do with Rubi...of course he's talking about building her waaaaay out, possibly to the extent of requiring a tow rig. I don't think I can personally rock a Tundy (although yours is defo badassery). It's also making me rethink finances and how many vehicle payments we want to carry (Taco & Bimmer are not paid off).

All I know for sure is that at the end of this year when my house lease is up, I expect to look for a place that has a 2car attached garage and probably at least a 2-4 car detached garage/outbuilding/shop/whatevs.

A small handful of select mods.
The ARB at least had a sub-frame. You bolt that on yourself and then hurk the main bumper onto the frame and adjust from there. I did the install myself but it was not light.

Tundras aren't cheap...but I grabbed it with a 0% APR...4 more years and its paid off

2 years for our Jeep....once that's paid we go with a beater for gas or a mid 2000 Camaro (we miss ours)

Either way, you can't go wrong...JK aren't that quick enough...needs more torque and HP...just my .02

Question- I have some shackle flips but thinking I might not want to go through all one has to do to use them as designed. However in now wondering if there is a way Tobias them that would keep me from having to do too much further customization, but still take advantage of the stronger shackle mount. I don't care about more lift, the extra droop doesn't quite sound worth the trouble but I want to use them if there is some benefit I can get from them.

I was almost sold on the JK this weekend. ... rode with a friend on a few trails & it was mighty impressive. Just walked up rocks/etc with almost no effort where Rubi struggled a bit here & there. I don't recall what year it was & what mods have been done, but damn it was truly a nice ride. I've test driven one before too & loved it.
