16900. Havent sealed the deal yet. it still hasnt arrived. I just found 2 on craigslist going for 11500 and one at 10500. But the people seem to be too damn busy to pick up my phone call.

So I'm under the impression that I can get chevy 63" springs out of any 1/2-3/4 chevy from like 88 and newer. 2wd has 3 leaf and overload and 4x4 has 4 leaf and overload. I would want the 3 leaf ones since we have light trucks, that right?

I searched for my DC in South Florida for over 6 months. One popped up on my Auto Trader alerts one day and I was at the dealer the next (it hadn't even been cleaned up yet). Got it for about 13k.

Yeah that does seem very high, even with only 125k. I would expect that to go for around 14k here. You said yourself that you found 2 on craigslist (which I would assume would be in good condition) for around 11k... A lot of it depends on your location too.

    Pre runners are much cheaper.

This one has 20k less miles than the one you were looking at and is $1k less:

    http://charlotte.craigslist.org/cto/3811538830.html

That was a deal. 4x4 double cabs are stupid expensive though so you can't really compare them to an ext cab..

Were in Northern California, autotrader has a couple DC 4x4 for $13ish in the SFO area. But I don't think you are paying too much for that area. In AZ I wouldn't pay over $15k, but everything is cheaper in AZ.

yea im hoping a kind just purchase private party. I dont mind losing $99 for the transfer fee if i can save a couple of grand.

one is a 03 with 160k miles on it. looks clean in the pics. finally talked to his fiance just now. He is having the gas tank replaced. other one had a leak. also doing timing belt, etc. wants 11.5 (this is the one i would rather get)

option 2- 01 with 170k miles. also looks clean. Dude works crazy hours so he never answers his phone.

both trucks are silver double cabs 4x4

DC tho, i may be wrong but dont they go for a bit more than the access cabs?

Somebody would have to offer me like $20,000 for me to sell mine. Just wouldn't be worth it for how much money I've already put in it!
