So after installing my retros I now have no front Parking lights or horns. I did short neg to positive when hooking up the halos, bulbs were not attached. I checked all the fuses and none are blown... Any help would be appreciated.

Again the bulbs were not plugged in when I grounded out the halos... Wtf!

You've got all the grounds bolted back on where they go under the hood? Sometimes you need to clean off the ring terminals to get them all to ground together

Headlights work... Just the parking (in the upper outside corners) don't work. And my horns :/

I was testing the hookups for the halos and accidental grounded out the halo... Tapping the parking lights... I checked every damn fuse and all are gtg.

Are they complete replacement lights? That is what I'm gathering from the description (because of the halo rings). If they are, maybe they're fried

Halos aren't hooked up right now, I didn't have a chance to finish, AlienAnt made a set of retros for me... I hooked one to power from the parking light wires (from truck) touch neg to pos on accident now both side parking lights don't work, at the time the parking light bulbs were not connected to power only 1 halo connected to parking light wire both parkinglights are out now... So are my horns? Headlights and blinkers work just fine, halos work fine when powered separately. Somehow the short (cross neg to pos) caused both parking lights to not work...

Check the relays under the hood. If I remember correctly one of them is for the horn, maybe it is the lights as well.

Looking at the schematics the only thing I see in common between the horn circuit and the parking light circuit is the ground...

Did you check both fuse panels inside the cab behind the coin pocket on the left and under the hood?

I checked every fuse both boxes... I might be a relay though, I'll check those in the morning

Power for the horn relay goes like this:

Battery >> Horn Relay Coil >> Spiral Cable >> Horn Switch >> Ground.

And to the horn it is like this:

Battery >> Horn Relay Contacts >> Horn >> Ground
