    ...too much shit to list.
    ^^^ I'm in complete agreement.

First off, alignment sheet sucks. It doesn't show steering axis inclination (SAI) or included angle (IA). Both of which could help identify the true problem if something is bent. For example, since your camber is less than spec, if IA is high and SAI is within spec, normally means bend spindle. Alternatively if IA is within spec, but SAI is high, normally means a bent UCA.

Also a picture of your front alignment cam tabs may also lead into clues as to whether your alignment guy knows what he's doing or not.

Wow, thanks to both of you. That's very helpful. I'll check my ball joints first to see if that's the problem. I looked at my upper ball joints the other day and they looked pretty good, I guess looks can be deceiving. How exactly would you check for your UCA's to be bent? I never really took those into consideration.

you can not tell if balls are bad by looking, all the 'play' is internal, same for tie rods, inner and outer...unloaded is the best way, thus the jack ups on both sides...

you got to roll up your sleeves a bit and get a bit dirty....

other reason for the picture of your cams......to see if there is still some adjustment left, sometimes the bolts get so frozen they can't be budged without some gentle persuasion....

UCA's need removal for bendage inspection, unless it is obvious....

    just sayin....

I have no problem getting dirty, I'm used to working on vehicles this just threw me for a loop. I'll have to jack it up on my day off and do some testing. I'll report back when I have the results. Do you think that LBJ's would throw the camber off pretty bad?

unless they are real bad, I mean really bad, no...at least at rest, level ground, wheels straight ahead...the alignment shop should have checked all this stuff, any good shop will not do an alignment if you got fubared parts....

u will find out as soon as you do the wheel wiggle....

It just have to be realigned properly. Sometimes if ajustment bolt are stuck in the bushing the guy who aligned it maybe just let them how they were and just ajusted the toe. Therefore there is too much negative camber on it, I would recommend if the bushings are stuck to make them replaced to be able to align it properly.

I did my alignement after the lift of my 1996, 3" front and 5.5" rear and have some bushing stuck with far better number than this, must be something wrong with the guy who did the alignement. Probably he just did the toe and forget about the rest. If it's a Hunter machine, tell the guy to use the CAMM procedure, that option makes a very good job. Even with my stuck bushing I felt center about everywhere.

The equivalent of the procedure can be make by reducing the tolerances by half and make the cams follow each other but most of the guys are not skilled enough to know how.

Yeah, I've been asking around for an old shop for someone who is an alignment specialist so I can take it to them to see what they say. I just want a second, professional opinion on what can be done. I know he's just a technician, not a specialist. There's some guy in my area who tells you exactly what's wrong with your truck and exactly what to do to get it back. I'm gonna find him and take it there to see what he says.
