I thought you only had the top tinted from the sig pic, even though that is waayyyy below the AS-1 line.
Thanks, I asked "what could you get away with" not whats legal.:eek:

How much does tint usually cost anyways?

My sister got her Dodge Dart done from some guy in the hood for like $60. I'd rather scrape out the extra $50 than to take the risk of getting robbed.

    ..but that's just me.

tint laws dont exist in greenville ive learned haha now back here at home I got pulled twice.

Ive had the whole thing tinted since I came back from basic but I also have the eyebrow about 5 inches down, prolly around 100-150 for a good tint shop to do your entire truck and a window strip. Most places wont do the windshield and if they do its at least $100 and they dont give you a receipt. But I know a few guys  tinting it yourself isnt really hard at all I did all my back windows prolly gonna redo them sometime this year since its been on a while

Fuk that, I'll pay money to have it done right. The hood isn't going to touch my truck.

I went into a tint shop just wanting to look at their car alarms, and soon as I walked in it smelled wierd. I smelled some smoke that didn't smell normal, but the guy behind the counter thought it was his opportunity to make a deal. He was like "can I help you" so I told him I was looking at prices for car alarms for my Tacoma.

He said "oh, uhhhhh, yeah liiike, Ill be uh right back man." I could tell the dude was baked out of his damn mind so I said fuck this place. I didn't plan on having them do it in the first place though.

Haha, wrong you are my friend. I've never even touched marijuana, let alone been high.
Why you worried about it though? Trying to prove me as a bad kid or something? lol

I know plenty of rednecks who get high, not me though.

lol. i’m just busting you bubble man. I can kinda tell since you did not know what that smell was. sounds like you may have smelled weed.

edit: no. i don’t care at all. I for sure know that not everyone that smokes is a low life and most are pretty good people.

I also don’t get why people say it is so bad for you. Most the chemicals in it, are not very if at all harmful. It can help kill cancer and shit as well. I think as long as you don’t do it ever day or even every other day you are fine.

other drugs like meth and crack and stuff is 100X worse IMHO. I think all state could and would benefit from at least having medical use.

    Have you smelled it?

Trust me I have, my school was probably the biggest drug school in the county. I was around people who were stoned daily, some dude opened his bookbag with the stuff in it and damn it reeked! Some people rarely smoked in the bathrooms, others just lit up a bowl before driving to school.

I've been quoted $150-165 average around Asheville.

Think I'm doing 20% on the front doors & 10% on the rest (what I had done on my Bimmer today).

thats about the pice around knoxville as well.

I want 15% on front and like 20 on the back. and 5% strip on windshield. I think in TN you can go 1” below the as-1 line.

I'll keep Yosemite. The rest of that God forsaken state can be flushed into the pacific bowl.

If y'all are looking for a good place in Greenville that does a good job with tint, there is a place on 13my like heading to farmville. I can't recall the name of it but they do a great job, all of my friends go there. It's right across from LKQ salvage yard

Is that for the whole vehicle or just the fronts? Guy in Raleigh quoted me $100 for front 2 and $299 for the whole vehicle. And the $299 was the sale price.

My quotes were for the whole truck -- but I also have an access cab. Shoot, I just had my X3 done yesterday for $220 all the way around (nothing on the front windshield...I can't imagine $300 for a Taco!

Yeah that $300 price seemed way high for me. I'm probably just going to do the front 2 windows at 35% and call it done.
