A couple kettle bells, pvc pipe 6ft, a couple lacrosse balls, foam roller.

I would also try to find some old rubber matts to work out on,alot easier on the bumper plates then concrete.

I have been rocking the rogue wrist wraps and just taking care of the calluses with a nail file.

    Todays WOD:
100 BW squats, if you have to rest 200m sprint.

Beat the crap out of me today.

I about died off today's WOD:

    30 Deadlift
    15 burpees
    20 Deadlift (heavier)
    15 burpees
    10 Deadlift (heavier yet)
    15 burpees

    11 minute cutoff.

I scaled the hell out this and made it in 10:15.
I thought my heart was going to explode. I went to the store after I left the box and had to lean on a shopping cart to be able to walk. Mother of GOD it felt great!

Nice!! If you don't mind me asking, how much for everything?

I'd try a local glass shop for the mirror.

I've had to move those stall mats. They are deceivingly heavy and awkward to move. So good for you doing that one alone.

I actually repurposed some vice grips to the barn to move mats...really helps. You can also drill holes thru them and put a rope handle on it if you have to move them often.

Found this gem for the summer......300lb tires flips, pullups/muscle ups, dips and sprints! I'll prob pick up a sledge hammer and add some conditioning to end of my workouts!

Hey guys! I finally got lucky enough to have a box open up in my area AND have the funds to join :) Too bad I have to be in literally the worst personal shape ever before starting. Completed my 9th WOD today and I just can't get enough. It's going to be a process to get back in shape, but I have no doubt CrossFit is the perfect atmosphere for me to get to my best. For those guys who talked it up big a few years ago on here, and got me interested initially, THANK YOU!

Yea, shiz gets expensive. A good bar is by far more important than anything. Spring for a good bar first. Then 1 set of big bumper plates, either 25kg or 45lbs, and a good set of collars. From there you can just add normal metal weights, which you can find pretty cheap on CL until you have the funds to get more.

Weights aren't going to make much of a difference, but a good bar vs a shit bar is night and day.

The main difference you'll notice is the finish. Making the way the bar feels in your hand different. The Black Oxide finish has more of a bar steel finish then the classic Rogue bar.
The Ohio bar is also made of a different steel, but I don't think you'll notice anything different there.
Other then that, the knurl and warranty are the same.

Neither have center knurl, so you'll still need a bar for squats.

Yea, from what I've seen, the Ohio is just the Classic Rogue bar revamped. Different finish to allow for better grip, but same strength, warranty, and knurl.

I think Rogue is going a little bar crazy. They have many options, and no real way to compare them on the site.
But can't hate too much. They do offer a lot of stuff at a lower price then others. I've never had to deal with their customer service, but have heard it's top notch when it comes to product issues.
