^^^This from over training? Or just incorporate variety into your workout. Routine beckons boredom and loss of motivation.

Do you have a workout partner? Having a buddy in the gym with you always seems to motivate me.

Purchased Muscle Pharm Amino-1 Intra Workout supplement.

Placed a half scoop in my shaker and drank that during my workout. Had Muscle Pharm Assault as my usual pre-work out.

Tasted like I was drinking fruit punch gatorade, rather expensive fruit punch gatorade. I didn't get hungry half way through my work-out. I also didn't pee as much during my workout even though I was in-taking twice my usual amount of liquid. Stayed focus, added a couple extra sets to my lunges and shoulder presses. Maintained a good intensity instead of tapering.

    I like it.

Also, GNC is selling off Muscle Pharm Fight Stack. It contains a pre-workout, intra workout, MV, and a sleep recovery, with a shaker and a t-shirt. There's about 20 servings of each one, compared to the 30 servings of the regular size bottles. It's half off. I bought 3 of the kits since it made better financial sense than purchasing each supplement individually.

Muscle pharm, for the most part, gets excellent reviews, except the odd ball one here and there.

I read a review that the sleep recovery suppliment madeone guy lactate, but out of 20 reviews, he is tge only one.

Ive read a hand full of "caused heart arythmia" with the preworkout and intra, but I think thats par for the coursewith any stimulent .

I like being strong, but really I rather just be bigger. Obviously don't wanna be 300# dude squatting the bar or some shit :D

    I am 23.. I hope my test isn't low :(

I started lifting April 2012 and had a workout partner the entire time. He is leaving to another state come July this year.. It helps to motivate, however he is a different body type than me and do similar workouts. I feel he is keeping me from doing my real routine I should be as a ecto.

I took a week off of lifting last week thinking it may help. Maybe time will tell. But I just feel lazy, not just any specific place, everywhere :(

50+ pounds to the Squats. I only bow squat though. I don't have a power rack so I just set the pins on the bench all the way up and squat to the bench.

My squats and dead lifts will both be at 260 for 5x6 this week. it'll be tough for me to get all my sets at that weight for squats though.

The more I have looked into it really depends on body type and how much you train each lift.

    DL 350 two days ago
Squat 265 two months ago. Should be up but haven't maxed nor plan on in the next few months.

DL "should" be higher since it's more of a total body movement and uses a lot of the back muscles. Squat is essentually hip and quad driven.

Sub-laxed a couple ribs last year and when I DL heavy, I can feel them pull out.....sucks!
