    I was going to PM you about that storm cell. I was watching the radar and saw it coming up through. Looked nasty. The one good thing about flooding is that you can now see where the water flows and landscape/hardscape accordingly. A swale or dry-layed stone trough would look nice and solve that problem for any future storms. Glad to hear human loss/injury was limited though.
