That sounds about par for the course. It is amazing an organization can spend so long developing guys like Schneider and Hodgson into NHL players and then just unceremoniously dump them. It is shameful in my opinion.

Love the depth. This allows Grabovski to be a top 6 centre again where he scored at a 60 pt pace for a few years

Stop talking about our GM like that, No. Dubynk over Schneider. Two defenses arent even comparable and even carey price lets in soft goals. Was his first year with a decent work load, he will be better once he actually has some real defenceman instead of a bunch of ahl'ers. Seriously rather have nurse than the day walker. Ya big fucken update for a guy who played on a ''stanley cup'' team his stats are sooooo mch better....oh and I remember schneider stealing a shit load of games...from the deserving starter luongo. Should of traded schneider after his playoff coming out party.

I do like the leafs move for Bernier though, wish the Oilers would of been more aggresive after him.
