    haha, the dried yellow cubes are fried stinky tofu (they smell bad but they taste awesome). The orange and white things on sticks are fried intestines cut up and kebabed. you can see the uncut intestines lined up in front of them. The light yellow things far right are siu mai, which are a type of dim sum. Everything else are fish balls, beef balls, and stewed and chopped organs. :D
