Yea. Good luck. I couldn't find any either. I just kept an eye out on craigslist until I found someone parting out a truck. As you can see, the ones I got aren't in the best shape but it doesn't really matter that much and I got to the point to where as long as they shut straight, I didn't really care what they looked like lol.

My brother and I thought it would be awesome to ramp his ford ranger going 50mph over a 6 ft tall ramp, it was but e ended up breaking his steering rack and hit his roof so hard we dented it out and cracked the window  he wasn't to happy when he heard how much it cost for the steering rack, he ended up paying it and a month and a half later totaled it because a Somalian hit him head on

I got 45% of the way into replacing my rear leaf springs with Dakars. I ran into a problem (for now) in that to put the new longer U-bolts on which Wheelers Offroad supplied, I need a 22mm Deep Socket. I couldn't find one here on-island. Perhaps tomorrow....

It's gone okay. Quite a learning experience. I did NOT have to cut off the front hanger bolt like so many of you. When I got it off, it appeared as though someone with kindness in their hearts had put anti-seize inside. Lucky me...

Meanwhile, I'll hitch-hike into town towmorrow and pick up the socket and continue.

Wrong. Get a factory service manual. I don't trust the Haynes or Chilton stuff at all.

And your post criticizing people's questions (when you haven't been on the board very long) tells me you're a complete chump. Everyone starts somewhere and I guarantee that you were just as clueless as anyone else at one point. Take your "antagonism" and leave please. We don't need asshats. If you can be helpful and drop the know-it-all attitude I'm sure we'll all welcome you.

    Well said Adam.

I found that my vatozone CV shaft already has a torn boot today

Time to go get my free replacement I guess, really don't feel like changing it in the apartment parking lot.

Yea that's the plan till I get them welded up. Then I'll probably lay down some black sand pearl to match the truck better.

Haha yeah that will be a quick death. I'm actually a Michigan fan too as long as they're not playing the buckeyes.

Truck will be parked when the salt hits. I'll be picking up a POS dyke mobile Subaru soon.
