    The wire is already run to an exterior outlet, which means you can run it back in through the same hole from that duplex receptacle and wire up a couple more. Stupid easy. 20 Amp circuit?

    In light of it being a rental, do the bare minimum or get your landlord in there to do it ASAP on his own dime. OR, get him to refund you the full cost of a professional instal and do it yourself for way less.
