Creationism vs. Evolution

There's no conflict between science and religion, because all science can do is to discover the already existent design of God's physical laws which govern the natural world.

 

So science discovers something then religious people throw the word god in front of it and claim it as their own?

 

And the promise of an apocalypse is not?

It's not claiming ownership... it's acknowledging authorship.

 

Science can only confirm the intelligent design of physical laws that already exist. And everyone is completely dependent on the delicate balance of their order for our own existence. A great part of personal happiness is the experience of gratitude and appreciation for the design of the physical laws without which we would not be here in the natural beauty of this world.
