At least I'm not completely slamming someone without knowing both sides of the story. Yet again, it's not your business.

Anyway, for those who give two shits, hopefully you've never lost someone close to you to make you not care about anything for a while. I know I should have handled this situation better and am resolving this with Bacon.

Now, back to business. What I think would be fair would be an immediate refund through PayPal. I paid you before I received the item, you should do the same. When I receive the radio, I won't even open it. I'll ship it right back to you. For the inconvenience, I think you should pick up the return shipping. Why should your mistake cost me? Then the rest is up to you.

 

I think I will pitch a tent, start a fire, do the marshmellow thing and see what happens...

yes, I think the consensus, given the circumstances, is that the OP pay for return shipping.....

I lost Mom and Dad some years back, in spite of all the commotion surrounding these events, there was more than enough down time even during the maelstrom to hook with people on the interwebs, it is how we spread the word....

5 bucks says he's just stalling. i've seen a lot of this on motorcycle parts forums. they always have a sob story and say the part's in the mail. they stall for weeks. ban this fucking guy's IP and make his info public so we'll know not to buy anything off him.

 

sorry, I meant the seller vv4de, plus, once you get the package, it would be interesting to see what you actually got shipped to you, open it to check, then reseal and send back.....vv4de should paypal you the $$$, including shipping costs FIRST, then pop the sucker back post haste...

That's what I think is fair in this situation.

 

Post up that tracking number so we can see that you probably just came back from or are on your way to a UPS store to drop it off. Tracking doesn't lie.

Ups tracking shows nothing for that #. Either it has not shopped at all or it was shipped this afternoon and the computer has not updated yet.

Either way he is a douche bag for saying there is no refund. It is a good thing you filed the claim with pp before he shipped. They will get you a refund.

 

more than likely he did it today, and from the sounds of it, he isn't in the mood to fork over a refund, plus shipping, no way, no how....

it will be interesting to see what actually got shipped....if you paid via paypal, you have options....oops, I just read you opened a claim with PP, that probably got him off his kester/butt and ship the item..
