Katzkin has several kits for Tacomas reduced and ready to ship in the Fawn or Ivory color!! PM me directly if you are interested and I'll check for your specific application. Plan on $500/shipped. These kits are ready to go so no alterations are available.

boom. Took a lot of labor, but if you have the time (and area in front of your TV with beer), do it yourself! It's not hard, just a few things you'll learn on the fly. If anyone wants help on things I found out (easiest way to do front headrests), PM me. Thanks to Homer and JHuey!

Here are some tips from when I did my install:

    1) Do the back seats FIRST, they are the easiest and are self explanatory. When doing the back, the seat belt clip that attaches to the top of the seat (belt guide) will NOT go on to the leather kit very easily, due to the thin, crappy mounting plastic that's sewn on to the leather kit. I had to remove the pastic backing plate from my cloth seats and gorilla glue it on to the underside of the leather mounting area. That allowed my seat belt "retainer clip" to attach securely to the leather. You'll know what I mean when it comes time to remove the seat with the belt attached to it.
    2) You won't need to re use the metal mounting bars, as there are plastic ones sewn into the seat covers. You WILL need to re use the front vertical bars (you'll know when you see them.
    3) Take off the door panels before removing seats
    4) Front seats are a BITCH, but follow Homer's steps and you'll get it. The worst part about the entire thing is the head rest mounts (gray plastic insterts). For the back seats, follow Homer's instructions and you'll figure it out. Prepare youself for the front seats, cuz the tabs are a pain in the ass. Take your time and do it right. Have a rubber hammer ready too.
    5) SAVE THE FRONT HEADRESTS FOR LAST! They are the hardest, because the material is glued onto the foam...so you have to slip the leather over the material. Cover the head rest with plastic wrap and put an elastic band around the bottom to keep it in place. Turn the head rest leather half way inside out and start to steam the inside, stretching it with your hands. From there slowly roll it down. If you don't use the plastic wrap, you'll rip the bottom leather trying to muscle it on (as I did on the first one and had to sew the underside).
    6) If you're doing the door panels, DON'T trim the leather to fit until it is glued onto the armrest. Try to glue the curve part first and let dry...then finish the rest. Mine look like shit cuz they bubbled...I didn't do the above two things.
    7) flashlight, hog pliers, bucket of hog rings, LONG flat head screw driver, rubber mallet, steamer (not absolutely necessary), beer, patience

Bump for a great deal and PM'd for the Dark Graphite w/Ice Grey Stitching console cover. I got a good deal on the seat leathers from a local shop including install but I could use some matching accessories! :)

I'll provide some pics after my install is finished! Can't wait to get these in.
