Slots help remove dust and debris, cross-drilling them keeps them cooler. Get em slotted AND drilled. Use LCE or another big reputable company, other cheap knock-offs half ass the job and the rotors will fail.

I dont advise getting drilled rotors. I have personally seen the crack. The crack starts at the drill hole. Do a google search for drilled rotors and cracking drilled rotors so you can make a decision.

Like I said, you buy shit, you get shit. I know LCE uses good stuff, time tested and beat on. I can't wait to run them again.

is it recommended to upgrade rotors along with pads and calipers? also what do yall think of the stainless steel brake lines?

You can upgrade one, or all. It's easy to do rotors and pads.

SS lines are the end all be all. Buy OCTaco lines.

Someone please explain to me one single benefit of a light bar that outweighs the extra damage it incurs to your vehicle in a fender bender. :notsure:

I want it not only for mounting lights but will help keep brush off my bumper on the trails I go on its nothing heavy but not something I want to hit with my dinky bumper cover.. I also don't plan on running in to the back of someone... But who does another thing is weight I get the protection I am seeking (for downed brush) with minimal extra weight

If you're worried about downed brush what are you going to do about the still-attached branches running stripes down the side if your truck? You're dinky bumper cover will be alright. Mine hit a brick wall and only cracked.

My logic makes since to me why do you care so much if people run one? I still think for a light bar they look sick and give added protection.. And a huge plates bumper is going to fuck your truck up if you rear end someone also

It'll need touch up paint and I'll drive away, or if the rate of speed is high enough it'll bend the frame and total the truck (in which case the truck would've been totalled anyway). I've seen plate bumpers decimate cars.

And as for on the trail, I can push down small trees without concern. A small tree will push a light bar back into the bumper. Plate bumpers also make for a convenient place to mount a winch.

But, in the end I don't care who runs what... Only that for a few more hundred you could run a nice prerunner bumper and have the best of both worlds. It'd look pretty bad-ass too : D

I understand your point but I still stand with what I said I love the look of the stock front end and want a little added protection for it and do not plan on trying to run over a car and yes a big bumper can destroy a car but weight is a huge issue for my build at-least and yea I could run a prerunner style bumper but I am only going with a extended travel setup and going to have a pretty narrow stance not 3" extra on each side and I think they only look good with a wide stance.

Agree to disagree but glad we could debate nicely! Lol

Also if I bend my frame they will total my truck and I can by it back and do mods in the insurance company's money :p

First, I'm sure most of us like the way they look and secondly, I/we don't want the diminished light output caused by mounting off road lights behind the grill. If I'm in an accident, I have insurance to cover any damages. If my light bar causes a couple of hundred more dollars in damage (which is highly doubtful) it isn't going to come out of my pocket anyway.
