    Cops just can't win. Before this video started this man was told to get back from the immediate area. If they did not do this and a shootout between swat and the suspect ensued, and then this man was hit by a stray bullet, everyone would blame the officers for not making him get back. The officers request him to get back and now they're violating his rights. I'm not the biggest fan of police, but there are situations like this where its just stupid to try to exercise your rights.

    I'm done with this thread. Too many people not worth elevating my blood pressure.

    If I'm the owner of the dog I'm doing everything in my power to sue the hell out of that pig. My dog is like a child to me and I would do anything for him. Anyone else that has a dog would and should be pissed off too.

    As an owner and lover of dogs, I'm really not pissed. Upset the dog had to die, sure, but the dogs owner is the only one to blame in this situation.

    You mean you don't have ANY thing to stand on but your sour feelings for cops.

    I'm telling you it's SCIENTIFIC FACT that some people and some animals are immune to the effect of pepper spray and in a situation moving that fast...I don't believe you'll find many cops that would try a less than lethal option just to see what happened.

    You don't have to like it, but I'm not wrong. And BTW stop telling me what I should think...cause that would make me a sheep and you seem to not like those....

    In that situation I'm sure the cops would argue the first aggressive move was the dog leaving the car and moving towards them.


    Just discussing here. I feel sad for the dog and secretly with the owner would have been the casualty instead.
