Lights mounted behind "Grillcraft" Grill...

    On the 2005+, it's just a replacement/cover for the Toy Emblem & black plastic bars. You can keep the center bars or cut out the black plastic with a saw (sawz-all). You keep the shroud border. It can be a little unnerving to take a saw to your truck, but it's not hard. I elected to cut out the bars.

    For the lower grill you don't have to cut anything but you still need to drill holes for the grill mounts (you have to take the front bumper off). It's not hard to do. You can take bumper and the shroud off with a screwdriver.

    They have both a silver and a black version. You can see the instructions for the 2005+ on the Grillcraft site.

    Looks good. i dont know if i want to do something liek that or have them mounted on a big ole brush guard. I like the behind the grill look. But i really need/want a brush guard

    Old post so lets see if anyone see's this. Can you do this same mod but keep the stock grille? I love the lights hidden behind there but not sure I'f I'm ready to take a saw to the Taco yet....
