That's tight.......a couple years ago at my buddies wedding on the cape we built something "similar" on the fly.......anchored with cinder blocks and linked up a bunch of mortars. He prob spent 2500 on his that year.....I can only imagine 3k!!!! We were blowing off mortars for a day straight and still had a good show in the evening of his ceremony.

 

I might go see some fireworks locally to me(North Smithfield) and then head home.....and rock the street

 

My brother-in-law puts it on at his family camp on Balch Pond. Last year they started selling the mortar "reloads" in 2", so to make our lives easier I built that. Phantom is awesome, spend 3k, leave with double that and all the freebies they give for spending a lot.

He also knows a guy with a cannon, so that friggin thing is going off during the show. At the end my dad plays taps from the balcony and you can here it reverberate across the lake. This year we're all broke, so no show.

 

Told you a while ago to suspect the AC bearing and/or clutch.

Yes exit 4 on 93 take a right off the exit and it's the second plaza on the left . There is 3 stores right on the same road . I think Alamo is the more expensive . But shop around .

Dude, I'm almost 40 and it's the same way with Linda and I. Get used to it..but it sounds like you have the same setup as me, you may hear it a bit but you get your space and freedom which works just fine in my book. I have friends that can't believe how much I get away with.

 

That'll be in the works in a few years when I'm ready to go higher with the truck.

I say it all the time, my wife suffers me well.
