Yeah, that's when I weigh myself. The plan is to weigh myself at the same time each day to try to get a better idea on changes. I'm a fairly big guy so it's not unusual for my body weight to change 10lbs + during the course of a day.

Do some digging around on YouTube and you'll see lots of personal stories and mostly are success stories. There's a guy that did a deal called fat, sick & nearly dead or something like that and he's got a very interesting story. Lots of people talking about being in horrible health and doing a juice diet and changing their lives. They lose weight and get off meds and all sorts of good things. I'm not saying it's the magic bullet because nothing is but it can be a method to get into a healthier life style. When I'm done with this the plan is to change my diet and cut down on portions to make it easier to maintain. One guy was 333lbs and did it for 100 days and got down to 223lbs. He later posted some videos of his changed eating habits with salad recipes and what not. I chose to do it because I used to do it the 'old fashioned' way and even then when I worked my ass off I was still not as cut as my buddies who I lifted right along side. Fast forward about 10yrs and it's even more difficult now. Every time I start working out again I either injure myself and see no results or I don't injure myself and still see no results. Couple that with the fact that getting on a schedule for working out just doesn't work with my life right now and you start to get an idea why I decided to give it a try. I know it's not like I'm going to do it for the rest of my life but if I have half the success others have had I'll be happy.

I'm not losing water weight because I'm still drinking nearly 2gal of water per day in addition to the juices. I'm not dehydrating myself to lose weight but instead triggering ketosis and forcing it to burn some of the fat stores it's felt the need to store up over the years. I'm also not doing it for any sort of 'cleansing' as I've heard some people do. My goals are simple and my expectations are realistic.

I'm not saying that eating the entire food item isn't a better way. I'm just saying that my eating habits are garbage and have been long enough that it was going to take something that was a rapid departure from the norm to get me snapped out of it and headed in the right direction.

That's a killer deal on that. It's better than I can get and I get a pro deal on them.
