Your comment is invalid bud unless you've read every single religious text in the history of the world. How can youmake an informed decision about Ra unless you've read ancient Egyptian texts. Silly point, keep trying, it's amusing.

Nope. I believe when you die you do just that. Die. Nothing more. Makes life a little more precious.

How are we the only beings with a moral system? Is that adaptation? It's highly unnecessary for survival, in fact is counter to it in many cases. Yet the conscience is only found in homosapiens? Why hasn't a single other creature developed this?

You can't seem to grasp that I don't grasp any of those terms. Why is it that none of the bible pushers can grasp that someone else may have a different view on life? That there is a possibility you don't know everything and you are not better than any other religion

I guess I am not the only person that can't grasp things

"Elephants have some of the most elaborate group rituals of any animals. When a beloved member of an elephant troop dies, those left behind will mourn the lost individual by "burying" the body with leaves and grass, and keeping vigil over the body for a week. And just as humans visit the gravesites of their lost loved ones, elephants visit the bones of dead elephants for years to come"

Hehe. I'm a secular humanist, yet they call me arrogant. And I don't even push my beliefs on anyone. But I can assure you I don't like having others attempt to shove theirs down my throat and "pray for me." That is the absolute height of arrogance.

Just a bunch of old crap
Other animals have emotions, pain, feelings, and possibly morals. Many animals bond for life with their mate (most bird species for example) and they mourn the loss of their partner. Leads to say they have some sort of emotions in their veins. Sounds like a soul to me. Why don't they get a fair shot at a good afterlife?

Morals are necessary for Survival - Women and Children first is definitely pro survival. Learning not to steal will keep your peers from killing you, likewise for not messing with the neighbours wife or kids.

Carefully analysed most all "morals" are pro survival.

Dogs have morals - have you never seen your dog look "guilty". He knows when what he's done is wrong, he learned it from you, but so do your kids.

Dogs will also eat their young. So will chimps. So will most animals given the chance. And have you ever seen a bull elephant in its musth cycle? They'll kill anything in their path. I'm talking about right and wrong, near as I can tell we're the only ones who grow up with that. And if you say it was taught to us, well who taught those before us? How did single celled organisms end up with feelings?
