Changed the idler pulley for the AC out, bearing was on its way out. PN for bearing 6301 belive its the same PN for v6 engines as well. Going to rebuild my TOYOTA pulley $6 bearing and keep it for a spare. The toyota is built different (better).

No real cool updates may pull the seats out and clean under them and clean the entire enterior real good sometime (Cant you rent a steam cleaner vacumn? Anyone know anything about those)

No real cool updates-Would like to do a small lift but we'll see.

Well found out my wierd noise (sounded like an exhaust leak all along) My truck has the infamous exhaust leak/cracked manifold :( Most likely will go with a 01+ 'header' for around $300 for the complete kit via

And removed the remote start/power locks (Would like to reinstall but the wiring was an absolute MESS).

Would like to do a cheapo spacer/block/AAL type lift sometime soon (Cant justify 1200$ OME ETC type) Mostly for looks I will go offroad maybe 1 time per 6 months I dont really rockcrawl just mall crawl lol

Found a spacer on the forum for $80 and found one in the free section for free.

Would like a free one from all the spacer haters :)

Just got this thing tonight. I live in Tucson. I love Tacoma's this is my third. Last was 1998 from Seattle (a little beat up but a great truck) then had a 2004 extended cab 4wd also a great truck. This one I just got looks a little long in the tooth but I think with a little TLC she'll come out fine. First thing I notice is some trace rust on the undercarriage. Will this be a problem? Also I think the exhaust manifold is leaking. Is this common for this year?

Saggy leafs a leaky rack (how can I fix or do I replace rack) and a grease fitting I put ALOT of grease in before it felt full, maybe that was the source of my popping sound?

(Changed the oil yesterday and greased the fittings) Went to look at a UWS low profile toolbox but it wasnt angled at the bottom so it didnt fit.

Really wanna lift it on some 33x10.5 tint the windows and a toolbox..well see..

Just ordered ebaichs and the 5100's

Ordered from wheelers, hopefully I get a cool sticker and can get em put on this weekend!!!

Really wanted a UWS box but at $350+ i'll keep looking for a used black loprofile with the cutouts for wheel tubs.

Now I just need to score some 33x10.5" tires and a bumper.....

WHAT HAS TW DONE TO ME LOL
