Ya, I got some cleanin too. Smaller group at my place but still a mess. I'm still a bit drunk so the hangover seems to be setting in as the morning goes on so movin very slow

 

Ya cant be hung over if yer still drunk so stay drunk.....

Moving sucks... almost done... No Internet at the new place (yet)... AT&T really sucks with their U-Verse or die system. Doesn't exist at the modern apartment complex next to the university and medical facilities!!?? Had it here in these 20 year old Oceanside homes, however!??

So, back to COX or is there a way to use the wireless system my Android phone gets the Internet, for my desktop?

TV is another mystery... Do we go back to Cox for it, or mount a dish on our little balcony for Direct TV, and lose view and airflow? LOL!!?? Had Direct TV at the house, and liked it... DVR included.

Any constructive input is appreciated...

I switched to Cox FROM Gay-verse, and it's awesome. Paying for basic cable and 18mb download speed cox cable Internet in my apartment complex, speed tests have shown highs of around 26mb download speeds during offtimes and only as low as 12mb download speed during prime times. Best change I ever made

 

I tried going back to Cox for a promotion that would make them $37 cheaper a month than Uverse but it only lasted a week. Only being able to record 2 shows at a time, one of which you have to be watching is just plain horrible.

Luckily for me Uverse called me after a week asking what it would take to get me back and I told them to lock me into a 2 year contract for $37 cheaper a month and they took the bait.

 

Well, AT&T couldn't offer us any Internet. We were directly in the middle of two boxes, so they couldn't get us anything over 1mbps download speed...we tried everything, couldn't do anything. The tech straight up suggested we switch to Cox lol

 

Yeah cox is one of the best internet providers in San Diego.

WTF has happened to our region ?? For the first 3 years on this forum San Diego def. had it going on, most active area in the entire forum, 2 runs a week sometimes more not counting the spur of the moment " Hey lets hit a trail."
