    Sorry to hear man.

Just after you put those sick wheels on too.

Take 'em off before sending your truck away. You can make good money on those assuming their in good shape.

I doubt it. I bet the rear axle is tweaked or leaf hangers.

And that's a SHIT load f body work. New bed side for sure and the cab..is one piece..so it should be replaced.

    Is it your fan motor?

it doesn't make noise when idling. only when traveling. very unpredictable doesn't do it for sure on certain roads. I know its not the blower motor, still makes noises regardless if the settings are on and from my understand the fan doesn't spin unless on? I really want to avoid having to remove the dash at all possible means.

You tried stuff folded paper against the A pillar and dash? Could just be the dash.

I have, pressure against any part of the dash has no affect on the squeaking.

possibly I did remove the door assembly 2 months back. good thinking. it seemed like it was held pretty well but could be something stupid.

Yea look there and check that everything under it is tight still.

Really not much under the dash on that side. The blower motor, ecu, some wiring, heater core and that's about it.

Ooooo right...you have an air bag there..I don't.

Hmmm..idk man..would be up right above the glove box..I have no idea how big it would be. I wouldn't mess with it if possible. But if you disconnected the battery should be fine I think. Can't see why you'd have to remove that to get to everything else I mentioned that's back there. It would be up out if the way.
