Truck Tent options for my 05 DC Shortbed??

    So far I've only found the Sportz Truck Tent III Model No: 55099 and thats gonna run me about $250... Any cheaper options out there? Can tents for larger beds be "cheated" to fit a short box?

    I believe that tent is 104" long... might be too long for the short bed...
    I think i'm gonna buy one for mine lol...
    well, if it fits... I'm gonna measure the bed tomorrow

    yeah unfortunately, neither the ebay one or the sportsmans guide one will fit in my 5 foot (60") bed

    I picked up a Sportz III 55099 from Sportsmans Warehouse on the way home, $209.95, so $224 after tax. Not bad considering online everyone wants $239+

    used the Sportz III the first night and one of the "pole pockets" stitching broke so i took it back, they didn't have anymore in the right size so i just waited til yesterday to get a new one. Paid $130 this time haha!
