That thing is worth more than you may realize. If you're willing to wait for "that" buyer it will bring you a pretty penny. That year is very sought after and in such mint condition with such low miles you could have quite a few people bidding over it. You may want to take a closer look at your trailer hitch before claiming zero rust though

I will get up under the truck and take a look at the trailer hitch that is bolted to the bumper, looks like it has a little patina for sure, might just take a little bit of neutralizer to make right. forums typically bring out negative comments. that might reduce the price to $XXX..:-(

I see the '79-'83s hit good marks. I think you will be the the 5-digits with it being an '85 and clean.

I have no idea... I'm standing in the back by the driver's door. The big guy in front is my friend Bill who lived in Beaverton (RIP).

I was very lucky to find this unmolested 88' a year ago. It had just under 97,000 original miles. I bought it from the original owner. An older man in his 70's. It spent most of its life in Arizona and was always garage kept. I just rolled 101,000 miles. Absolutely no rust and not even a dent on the entire vehicle.

Here's my '94. It is on the racks right now(only take it fishing on post really), until i can find a solid front axle and someone to help me fabricate a full cage. Got a lot of plans(and monies) to throw at it. Only has 104k miles, never seen the inside of a shop. Got big plans for her.

Nope , the frame is lengthened and it had a custom checker plate aluminum box

    Actually , I shouldn't say nope for sure , but i don't think it's a dumper

Frame was lengthened? I thought the DLX was available with an 8ft bed.
Maybe it was a 1-ton that someone yanked the dual rears from and added the box... or maybe one of the Toyota campers (also the 1-ton chassis) that someone yanked the camper?

I wish I took a better picture , there was a plate approx 2' long on the outside of the frame rail , I assumed that the frame had been lengthened , I could be wrong
