    No more taco life for me
    Washed it. Removed all interior and cleaned and blew out dash with air compress. After finished shut the passenger door and heard the squeak ive been trykng to eliminate all day..... once again the slider was hitting/Scratching the fender flare bolt. Nornally its a thud thunk noise didnt even think it would squeak. .. problem fixed for now

    hey guys..so i picked up an 04 but i noticed that the headlights turn on automatically once the truck is on......

    Any idea why?? can i disable this?

    also my corner lights dont turnon. yet they blink with the alarm

    weird right??

    Build thread in the next few days :) been puttin in work!!

    I swear Toyota did a lot of random/weird things with the 01-04 Tacomas. Mine automatically turn off when I take the key out of the ignition no matter what they're switched to. Tonight I saw a Tacoma that only the headlights were on, no running lights. :confused:

    My 2000's lights don't turn off when I turn the truck off, but if I open the door with the truck off and the lights on.. That thing starts making some noise haha. That beeper thing has saved my ass from a dead battery many a time.

    I accidentally left my dome light and map lights on somehow and luckily they turn their-selves off after so long, because as soon as I put the key in the ignition, they all came on. I was confused for a second haha

    I forget they're there most of the time. They're good for looking for things in the floorboard, that's about it. I need to switch everything out for led's.

    Hmm.... Maybe I should buy some led's....

    Do it! I did my Domelight with an led from superbrightleds.com and it's freakin epic haha. Everybody who sees it at night comments on it. You can see everything in the cab, unlike with the crappy oem bulbs
