    had a friend of my good friends (confusing i know but i didnt know how else to say it haha) of mines jeep in a similar situation, on a snow covered road which we found out the hard way that under the snow the road was ice covered. dude wanted me to pull his heep that was sitting on ice on all 4 tires, from the edge of a ~30-40ft DROP. keep in mind i had just met him that day. also my truck was probally a year old, no real mods besides my lift, neither of us had proper recovery equipment, neither of us were experienced with recoveries. and dude kept INSISTING for me to try and pull him out. finally "polity" :rolleyes:, we all told him to shut up and everyone EXCEPT him chiped in and called a towing company. was no reason to have our only 2 vehicles stuck or lost.

    was def a :facepalm: moment! but learned alot from it!

    Dont look bad. With 230 hours Im sure its due for some maintenance, like impeller for sure. Id ask what water he was running it in. Sea brackish/back bay or fresh and did he flush every time he took it out.

    I will tell you right now you will hate the rollers on the trailer! Makes loading and unloading a bitch cause you cant disconnect until the trailer is all the way in the water. Other wise as your backing down the ramp the boat will roll off the bitch!
