The best self serve I've found in Chandler. Everything works and they have an employee working there that is always cleaning something (bays, wiping down vacuums,etc). This place also takes credit/debit cards in each bay.

In Gilbert stay away from the self serve car wash attached to the Jiffy Lube on Val Vista & Warner! More than half of the settings in the bays don't work.

 

There another other ones on Country Club & Broadway, Dobson & University, Mesa Dr & McKellips.

 

Is there any that have the hot water? The only one I used to know that had pressurized hot water used to be on Main and Sossaman.

 

I use Salem Bros. On Warner and Hardy. There's guys always working there. Pat can agree.

In a somewhat related matter, the Super Star car wash at 19th ave and Northern in Phoenix is fantastic. Best around and you can print coupons of the inter webs. They don't even collect the coupons after using them. Just throw it in the glove box and use it at a later date.

Does anyone know of the current restrictions on target shooting in the area? i was thinking of going to one of the usual spots up around fourpeaks road.


I know it is high fire season, so wanted to check first.


EDIT: i just read my own comment and realized that I am an idiot. It is fire season. No target shooting. Duh.

 

There are many outdoor ranges here in town that are nice. If you are wanting to head East go out to Rio Salado. They have done a bunch of work to that range and it is really nice. Even the range wardens are respectful and friendly.

Well my dad's FJ will be at SDHQ Wed for a Full ICON setup and Toyo A/Ts and then we are off to the FJ Summit in Colorado next week. Stoked!

That's was just because of the Fire Restrictions, they didn't ban shooting there altogether like before.
