    ive been at alot of bases and the Air Force always has nicer stuff, because they are only like 60 years old. Small thing you wouldn't think about when considering joining the military like how the medical staff treat you or the quality of the commissary are things you should look into. For the most part they realy have a clue on how to take care of their people. Other branches, wont say any names, have lost all their F's to give out to their people.

    Do 4 years in the military, get money, life experience and it will help you with veterans points for fire departments. If I was younger and had to do it again I would have gone that route. I work for a fire department now and most of the people who had military experience got jobs faster than those of us with college degrees.
