The pre-2001's don't seem to have the issues with the led's like the 01-04's do. Mine was just plug and play but on the 01-04's you have to solder a resistor. That's about the extent of my knowledge though

Yikes! Lucky you had the spare parts on hand. I would not want to do that on a road out in the sticks.

A couple years back I noticed a couple of my bolts had sheered off and backed out on a knuckle while I was out bombing some logging roads. Calmest drive back, ever. haha. Ever since I've gone over board with locktite and torqued them exactly to what the book says and check them regularly.

Did the timing belt and water pump service. Then went wheelin in Big Bear and smoked my clutch. I had just ordered my Marlin Crawler and thought I could get one more trip out of the old girl. At least it made it home...

Finally got my extended airlift bags on today. I've been rocking the stock height ones for two years with the lift on....they've been crying for awhile now. With longer bags I should be able to level it out (taco lean) a bit more too.

Eh, the GoPro is like a dslr camera. When you first get one you're really confused! But once you learn the settings, there are so many more options! Plus the GoPro brand has more stuff.

Lots of dust and custom dents, Check Build

Yeah, not exactly the ideal place to work on my truck, but really the only option. Seemed a lot easier at the time then trying to hike out/find cell coverage, and get a tow truck or some other form of help.

Anyways I replaced the LBJ and the CV today, but now I've got another dilemma....

I'm pretty sure the threads on the spindle are toast. Ruined the 8.8 bolts that came with the new LBJ, bought some 10.8 bolts that are slightly longer, and 3 of the 4 torqued, but still concerned about all of those now.

Guess I'm in the market for a new spindle, and I've got some more garage time on my hands...

Planning to start ordering parts for my lift this week. Might purchase some tonight. Let me know if you suggest otherwise and why or maybe if I'm missing anything.

    Here's my list:
    - 5100 front struts/rear shocks (DSM)
    - Bushings for front struts (Toytec)
    - OME 883 coils, 590# (Wheelers)
    - 2" lift AAL (Toytec)

New ubolts? Wheelers suggests my stock ones will fit okay unless they are torn to shit.

Rear shock bushings? Just use stock ones?

Do I need a 1/4" top spacer for taco lean on drivers front?

I'd buy new Ubolts, mine were rusted pretty bad.
I dont have a top spacer for the lean and mine looks fine.
