I'm assuming this isn't the final product? It appears some of the bars aren't fully welded... Maybe it just looks like that? :notsure:

The kit I have on my rig is the "airlift" setup. Has compressor and dual pressure gauges (one for each bag). If ur really interested I can put the details together as far part #'s and such. The new bags I have are 10.5" max where the stock vehicle application were 6.5" max length. Pm me if want the #'s.

seafoamed the old gal and did a very in depth analysis (about as far as I could go without pulling the engine apart)

    and changed the sparkplugs.

Runs a lot smoother now :D

No, they are airlift. Give them a call when ur ready. They were more than helpful with me. I was half expecting them to point me in the direction of some sort of block, or some other spacer device. I was very pleased with the solution offered by the tech, and the new bags were $80ea. I think the longer bags are #50203

Yar, custom plate. Took some 16ga sheet steel from Lowe's, hand bent it using some clamps and 1x2 poplar then SGT Taco cut it to fit and painted it. All secured using some self tapping screws and a bit of pre-drilling.

Going to have to revisit it when I get the stereo amp and winch installed but the way it sits now, not sure much will change. Turned out way better than I expected for throwing it together in 30 minutes with 20 of that waiting for the paint to dry.

And, yeah, it sits behind the battery. I'll get a better picture done up tomorrow when I have light again.
