    I think it'll be a far easier transition if you don't eat anything. Basically, if you have to chew it it doesn't work with the diet. I know for me it was easier when I went to juice 100% then when I was eating a little food on my trial before I started.

    Was giving myself the option to chew only on day 1 & 2 if I reeeeeeeeeally felt like I needed it. I "chewed" my juice tonight haha blended in the bullet & it was almost the consistency of salsa at the end. Going to use the chewing gum fix if I need that feeling.
