There have been tens of thousands of gods and religions over thousands of years of human history. What makes you think your "god" is the right one and everyone else's is imaginary? Arrogance perhaps?

Most Christians have no different morals than agnostic/atheists. You personally may believe you are acknowledging your moral accountability for your behavior through acknowledging a god, but that doesn't apply to anyone else.

It's not that you're giving good wishes, It's that it's not asked for and its because those you are praying for on here do not believe in god or even want to which i'm pretty sure your prayers mean.

It's kind of a nuisance thing, Because theres no faith you will tell them that you are praying they magically get this faith and we all know that you are doing it just because you know it's annoying to us.

 

The basic facts about "belief" is simply geographic. If you were born in India you would likely be a Hindu, in Japan a Taoist, in Egypt a Muslim, in Israel a Jew, in Thailand a Buddhist, in America a Christian (I'll stop there). Your spiritual belief is mainly based on indoctrination by your parents and local traditions.

There are thousands of "creation" stories that make up a part of numerous religious belief systems. The Christian story is only one of thousands. My favorite happens to be the creation story of the Tlingit people (link below).

Ever wonder why jews don't believe he was?

There is a significant list of prophecies the jews are still waiting to occur before the arrival of the messiah. Since they are the source of the prophecies I'd put more faith in their judgement that jesus could not be the messiah. Very few of the prophecies came true when the romans made up jesus.

They both fall well within the secularist view of the complete lack of any intelligent design of life on Earth. "Dumb" and "stupid" are accurate and opposing descriptors in contrast to intelligent.

And what's really funny is that secularists are totally dependent upon the highly intelligent order of laws which govern the natural world to arrive at repeatable results from their tests.

The lack of self awareness is truly breathtaking...
