    I've found it good to start stock piling, whether because they are on sale, or just a set you really want (for them of course). I have several sets in the attack and our closet.

    Apologies in advance for the gratuitous use of photos, but I made some good progress on the AT-AT yesterday. Finding lots of things wrong with the instructions and it takes forever to annotate all of my changes. But when I'm done my parts list and amended instructions should be complete.

    Started on the first level of the troop carrier section and rear. Still not sure about the seating layout, so that's likely going to change.

    I built a bank last weekend:

    I'm not 100% happy with it... It needs more architectural detail as It does not quite fit with the rest of the town's style... I bought another of the sets so I can build on the existing elements. This building is 4x the size of the original set and the vault is way too small now.
    I've also got to get my hands on about 25 of the notched 1x2 pieces in yellow to tie in the front a bit better.
    Gotta love bricklink!:D
