Nope..... this one is more cherry than anything. I've had the orange carrot from Bolthouse & love it. My market didn't have that much in stock so I'm going to a different store today to see what they have.

i have an auger style juicer for wheat grass shots that i would mix with apple. tastes pretty good but apparently you need to do wheat grass shots on an empty stomach because it uses different enzymes in the stomach to digest it, otherwise it gave me a stomach ache. We grew our own wheat grass pads for the wedding so i had a lot of it laying around.

Beet juice is also your friend!!!!! makes for scary poops though as you could imagine :D

Sounds like the Mult-V one from Bolthouse that is mostly cherry. That's one of my favorites but as I drink more of it it also is probably going to wear out quickly as sweet as it is. That's the nice thing about so many flavors because no matter how much you like them you get tired of them after so long. I disliked the carrot one before I started the fast but found that it's lack of sweetness is a nice break from the others and I think the orange+carrot one will be a nice break too. My wife is going to check the Albertson's on her way home to see if they have different flavors so I'll keep you posted on what we find out. Did you check out the Bolthouse website to see how many flavors they have? I was amazed when I saw how many they have.

just a warning, growing wheat grass in pads smells like a son of a bitch!!!! you have to sprout the seeds in wet paper towels and inclose it in black trash bags so it stays moist, that in turn makes the grass stink once it grows, but its way cheaper to grow your own wheat grass than to purchase the bags at whole foods for close to 10 or 15 bucks!!!!:D

i think the wife and i grew 10 or 12 1x3 foot pads of the shit for our wedding

I make smoothies. My daughter loves them. Just made one. Pineapple, cranberries, blue berries, an apple, strawberries, a banana, about a 1/2 cup of plain no fat yogurt and some ice. Into the blender it went.

Haha yeah it's unloaded and not sagging with just the RTT. I was surprised how much I could fit it the runner!

Sounds delish. Too bad I can't do that just yet. I can't have the fiber/pulp with this diet, juice only. But once I'm done I will be doing some smoothies fo sho! My wife and I do green shakes for breakfasts most mornings. Usually consists of spinach leaves, kale, apple, orange banana, little bit of protein powder and sometimes apple juice or water to make it less chunky. Pretty decent and very healthy.

Sounds good too. Yeah my wife and I have been doing smoothies for breakfast and lunch while at the house. It's when I go to work it gets bad. :(

This one from Naked isn't super sweet... the cherry gives enough offset to the purple carrots & beets.
Albertsons is where I was checking next lol.... and the other City Market here in town. I've drank Bolthouse for years & have plowed through most of them except the new flavors, the acai, & the mango coconut. I've not had the "cafe" ones either.

Yeah, I feel that I'm going to be needing a change of pace pretty soon here and I prefer less sweet juices as I'm not use to drinking this much sweet stuff.

I haven't seen people use it but that's a good question because I like the spicy stuff as well and I think I even have some in the pantry now. I will look into this and if I can do V8 I will kiss you on the lips for the idea. :drunk:

If not, I will fight you in the face for getting my hopes up. :smack:

Sounds like you can do V8 as long as you stick to the low sodium versions. There is some debate about the quality of the nutrients you get since they are pasteurized and 'dead' compared to fresh juicing but it sounds like it is indeed a possible option. You better pucker up next time I see you!
