    Was just down in the Galviston beach area, week at the beach with family. Nice place and nice people. At Hobby(?) airport it was 106 deg, the second highest temp I'v been in, whew!

    It's seemingly more humid here in Fl, that 106 felt kind of like a 97-98 deg day here, still way to hot. Came for a 60 yr wedding aniv. for Mom and Dad. Brother rented a place right on the beach, was terrific. Water was seaweedy and brown, west of the Mississippi water they told me. Did I mention that is was a beautiful. Awesome. Fantastic. No work week...

    Galveston isn't the best beach, heh but it's one of the main attraction getting ones in South East Tx.
