That's what they say but I have tracked both of them on separate occasions and his does the same thing... kill the grass. I think it is because he is not as much of a leg lifter and he holds it until he has about 3 gallons to release all at once.

It will be fine I just brought our grass back at work and no one thought it was ever going to be saved. But yes I should have done it about a month ago but what ever.

Dick! If it burns up ill be placing a white rock somewhere.

My dogs don't go out back unless I'm back there. I think I will do a little more we will see. I don't want too much grass.

My pointer does(female) my lab (male)does not leave spots when he pisses. There is this stuff my dad buys ill have to get the name. But he is crazy about his lawn and follows the female dogs around after they piss. It works great, my dads lawn is always green.

Screw the EZ seed. Go get a bag of Pennington seed (sun/shade mix) and 2 bags of Colorado's Choice top soil from O'Toole's. Mix seed and one bag of top soil in a wheel barrel. Put a couple of inches of this mix spread evenly over the spot. Come back and hit the spot with about an inch cover of just top soil to completely cover the seed. Then you need to make sure it STAYS moist with water. 10 days and grass is up. If you need less mix 1/2 seed 1/2 bag of soil. Store rest in a dry, dark, cool place for future use.

To note though Phil I would not bother doing this again until this fall. It is just too hot now to get the seeds to come up decently. For now get the top soil I mentioned and just cover the spots. Grass around the spot likes good soil and will slowly move inward.
Yeah we have had no luck with the supplements. But as long as I catch the spot right away and dump about 3 gallons of water on it, it works. Problem is I am not always out there to catch them all. So I still have a few spots but much less then last year.

please get the name of it, i probably have 20 or more spots that im trying to fix right now from the pup

cool, good information buddy!!! ill have to give it a try, i put down the Pennington stuff in front of the garden a couple months ago and i dont think it got thick enough before the hot weather hit, some is doing fine but some got burnt and is now dead i think. Ill try your method though!!!

With the way you are dropping weight you need to keep them muscles busy.

An experience note on Juicers - When reviewing see how easy they are to clean. Our Jack LaLanne's is a pain in the ass to clean up. Also the overload trips easily and you have to let it completely cool down before you proceed.

Yeah, it's not 100% but that's most common. The females produce a hormone that most males don't. Our female didn't do anything to the grass though so it's not 100% obviously. We were lucky and neither of our dogs harmed the lawn since I'm pretty particular about my lawn. Alas our new rescue does though so I'm doing like you.. I follow her out in the morning and when she's done I dump their outside water dish where she peed and fill it fresh. That or I let them out just before the sprinklers come on.

Actually, the opposite. You don't want to stress your muscles or your buddy too much while doing this. I'm just hoping they don't atrophy too much. I'm still doing stuff just not weight training so I should be fine.

I will keep an eye on that for juicers. That one I was talking about was picked #2 and #3 in independent reviews so I'm sure they take those things into consideration. It's also 800 watts and I saw that the $100 Jack Lalanne one is like half that at twice the price. I'm pretty excited to try out this $50 Hamilton Beach Big Mouth one so now I just need to find one in stock.

lol. yeah I passed by him too. I just finished hauling two beds of yard waste to the eco-recycle place and I almost stopped to help him out, but I had already had a long, sweaty day, so I wasnt feeling it.
Good job for helping him out
