Haha you're telling me! I'm ready to just start cutting it up and walking to work haha. Been volunteering for double shifts, suicide watch, anything to scrape up the extra cash to make this happen.

I know you aren't runnin the addicted bumper but, how did you like it? With approach angles and was it a solid bumper? I think I'll be ordering one Monday

Icon/TC Mid travel, TRD S/C, PNP Greddy EMU, 625cc injectors, 2.2 pulley, Hayden tranny cooler, AEM wideband, TRD boost gauge.
With the wheeler's type B and 33's didn't have rubbing issues? You had those with a 3" lift, would a 2.5" lift be sufficient? You weren't using spacers with post #2's pics?

Man, this is making me re-evaluate using OE coils with the 5100s and going with Eibachs or EMU springs to get a 3" lift... when using springs the travel is increase vs. OE coils right, because the OE coils bind before reaching full compression the system is capable of?

Yes he had rubbing on the frame. Wheel spacers up front solved that. You will have more hammering with 2.5" but not horrible. Will mostly depend on your final back spacing.

It was a great bumper, quite beefy. The approach angles are good for a winch bumper. Only reason I replaced it was because I wanted to get some weight off the front, install a multi-mount winch system, and maximize the approach angles.

    ^What he said
I wouldn't bother using the OE coils. You're good to go either way with 5100/Eibachs or OME.

On a side note, I found an '03 AWD Pontiac Vibe (rebadged Toyota Matrix) that my dad likes so much that he's gonna buy that and sell me his '03 Honda Civic hybrid that gets 50mpg! :D:D

I lied. I was gonna get the '07 Honda Fit and someone else had already put a deposit/down payment on it, so I moved the the Vibe/Matrix. The financing fell through for the Fit buyer so I turned around and went for the Fit again haha.

Picked up the 14 bolt AAM 1050 today! :woot:

Also grabbed the drive shafts off a 2000 Taco in the yard. I don't know if I need them or not. :notsure: I know some guys do some conversions or something to work with a D60/14B setup, but I haven't looked much into it.

Were there any CV driveshafts? I am still trying to locate one more for my build. Got one already, and I don't wanna reuse my two piece for the rear.

What yard has Toyotas anyway? I have yet to see one anywhere around here!
