    There is no way we will be able to get everyone to make it but do Saturday's or Sunday's work better for most people? It really doesn't make a difference to me I just want a good turnout

    This one seems like its going to turn out pretty good but I think there are a lot of people in the same situation as you so hopefully for the next one it will planned far enough in advance and on a day that works for everyone to be able to make it.
